Is Adderall dangerous for the heart?

Adderall is a sympathomimetic, which means it can increase your blood pressure and heart rate. That can indeed strain your heart, and if you are prone to having heart attacks, it could be dangerous. But for normal healthy children who aren't at risk, the simple answer is no, it shouldn't be dangerous.
it depends on how many milligrams you are taking, and your heart health prior to taking adderall. otherwise, it is very safe.
