Is it possible for a human to become immortal theoretically atleast ,by advance in medical science?

Like transplants for all organs, cure for progressive ,presently
incurable irreversible diseases , and so on
please do answer

hope not.
i would say yes to that. age is directly related to something in your dna that physically gets smaller. if there was a way to regenerate that "thing" to maintain it, then yes someone could live forever.think about it like this. there are real diseases out there in which people age incredibly fast. children die of old age by their 10th birthday. of course it varies. doctors know this by the study of that thing i can not seem to remember. im sorry about that. but if there is a way that its deterioration can accelerate, then there should be a way to slow it down, stop it, or even regress it so that you can be young again.
My take on this is that there is a way to do anything if you can "solve the equation." In other words, if you look at medicinal findings, a lot are found in nature. Take a philosophical view on this issue. When something comes along that we are not able to treat, if there is a big enough need for it, and enough funding, a cure, or atleast a depressant can be found for it. There are infinite possibilities in nature and in the human body all the way down to the simplest organisms on earth, that it would almost be foolish to believe there is no way to make someone live forever.
I think that you could live significantly longer, but I don't think immortality is possible. We can keep getting broken bits replaced, keep putting drugs in our system to correct things, but at some point, the body will just give up. I suppose that if being hooked up to life support counts as being alive, then, possibly. But that doesn't seem like any immortality I'd want to have.
no, regardless of what mankind create we will never live pass 150 years old. don't try to live forever here on earth, i hear heaven got it going on, that where i would like to spend forever.
